Lisa - has been with us since 2000 and is the other switch hitter.  She was
an avid skier until she got bitten by the boarding bug.  Now she is trying
to convert, but still has some skiing left in her.  It is only a matter of
time before she makes the switchover to boarding.  We will continue to work
on her as we don't want to let the boarders think that they are winning over
the converts.  Lisa will be in Alaska in June 2004 to see what we will be
facing in 2005.
